Leadership

Diana Hernandez oversees all aspects of the Nurse Practitioner Group’s administrative operations, including staffing, scheduling, care coordination, and interdepartmental communication.  Working in close collaboration with the nurse practitioners, she strives to create an environment where all patients receive the highest quality clinical care in an efficient and friendly manner.  Prior to working at the Nurse Practitioner Group, she managed a multi-specialty practice for the Columbia Faculty Practice Organization.
