The last few months have been full of new challenges for all of us. At ColumbiaDoctors, we are proud of the care our providers and staff have provided for those who suffered from COVID-19, as well as for patients who still needed our attention and expertise for other conditions. For those of you who were able to stay home and reschedule your in-office appointments to Virtual Visits – thank you. For those of you who needed to come in to see us, we worked hard to keep our practices safe for everyone.

 

As the COVID-19 crisis abates, we want you to know that when you need care, we are here for you – today and always. If you need an appointment, please call your provider as you normally would. We have seen an incredible response to our newly launched online Telehealth visits, including mental health Telehealth visits, which are covered by a growing number of insurance companies. Our providers still provide in-office visits on an as-needed basis.

 

As we make a measured, careful return to full clinical services in the days and weeks to come, you can count on receiving the high-touch, top-quality care that you have come to expect from Columbia, whether you come to see us in our offices or participate in Telehealth visits. Rest assured that added measures to maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness will ensure your well-being during office visits.
